Q – What delivery service do you use?

A – We use either Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class or for larger items we may use one of several couriers, all will be on a 48 hour service.  Your order should arrive between 3-5 days after being posted, this can be longer during busier times.

Q – Can I cancel/ amend my order?

A – Please email and we will do our best to help, however please be aware we may not pick up your email in time and your order may still be sent. Check out our returns policy for more info.

Q – Is return shipping free?

A – Unfortunately, unless your items are faulty we are unable to offer free return shipping due to the costs involved, it is just not financially viable for us to offer this service currently. Check out our shipping policy for more info.

Q – The items I recently purchased have been reduced, can I get them at the sale price?

A – For any purchases made online if we reduce your items within 24 hours of ordering, please email when you receive your delivery and we’ll refund the difference back to you.
