Welcome to The Dogz Hub. I’m Debra, and I’m committed to providing supportive, professional behaviour support for you and your dog. Before we start working together, please take a moment to read through my terms and conditions.
By booking any service with The Dogz Hub, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.
Booking and Contracts
Before I begin working with any new client, I require a signed contract. This ensures we both understand what’s involved in the training process and agree to the terms of working together. The contract must be read, signed, and returned before any Zoom call or session takes place.
If you need help understanding any part of the contract, please don’t hesitate to ask. I want you to feel confident and comfortable from the very start.
Payment Terms
I offer behaviour support through structured, week-by-week programmes that are billed in advance.
If we’ve agreed on a payment plan, I’ll send a clear outline of the schedule and due dates in advance. I’m happy to discuss flexible options if needed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens, I get it! If you need to reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) may still be charged, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

All written content, materials, and advice provided during our sessions are for your personal use only and must not be shared publicly or with third parties without my permission.
These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in how I work or legal requirements. You’ll always be informed of any significant changes.
